Course Overview

Valuation is more than a math problem. It is a fundamental tool to help companies assess and negotiate licensing opportunities. Importantly, this negotiation will occur not only with potential licensing partners but also with Board members and other internal stakeholders who stand to benefit (or lose) from a transaction.

This 4-hour course will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of product valuation, so you are equipped to value your next in- or out- licensing project. After 2-days you will be equipped with the product valuation toolkit with an understanding of forecasting, concepts and approaches.

This short live online course is part of Educo Life Sciences Pharmaceutical Business Development and Licensing series (BD&L Series). You can view all our business development and licensing courses here. Learn more about how we deliver live online training.
