With Live Online Training, the courses are delivered 100% digitally. Each module is delivered live using webinar technology, creating a virtual classroom learning environment. Live sessions provide you with direct access to the trainer so you can ask questions, understand complex concepts and share ideas with peers.
Live online training is delivered using interactive features such as quizzes, break-out rooms and video. Some on-demand content is also used providing you with a varied learning experience.
In addition to direct access to the trainer and other learners, live sessions are designed to incorporate interactive features to support your learning. These include polls, Q&A, break out rooms, tasks, case studies, and more
As sessions are broken up, the learning has minimal impact on your day-to-day role. And all sessions are recorded so if you miss any due to work commitments you can catch up and post any questions in the forum.
Delivered 100% online so no need for you to travel. This saves valuable time and money and reduces your time out of the office.
Although predominantly live sessions, additional content formats support your learning such on-demand materials.
There are two types of live online training course. Click below to learn more about each.
A Long Online Training is the equivalent of 2 or 3 days of classroom training. The materials are broken down into manageable sessions that are delivered online at set times, providing you with a structured learning pathway. All sessions are recorded and uploaded to the Educo training portal where you will have unlimited access to the materials for a month.
Most courses include a free to attend first module, providing you with a taste of the learning experience. It is delivered the same as the paid element so you will have access to the Educo training portal, materials, the live session and the recording of the live session.
The educo Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP) is applied to all our live online and classroom courses. We are focused on continuous development and believe training is a tool to learn new skills and knowledge. Development comes when you apply those skills back in the workplace, using them in your day-to-day role. The PLIP is designed to support you in this process.
Short Live Online Training is delivered over one day and is typically 3 to 4 hours long. This may be delivered during as a morning or afternoon session. Sometimes the course may be split up either side of lunch. Plenty of breaks are planned during the course so you can keep the coffee topped up.
