Classroom Learning

Classroom training is usually delivered over 2 or 3 days, led in-person by an Educo Life Sciences’ expert. The day is broken up into sections with clearly defined learning objectives for each. All our classroom courses include a live online reinforcement session 4 to 5 weeks after the course.

Most of our classroom courses are located at a venue in central London. The city has good transport links and is good place to socialise with fellow attendees. Please look at the venue tab of the course for more information such as the address and location. Accommodation is not included in the price. We recommend staying in a hotel within walking distance of the venue. Lunch and refreshments are included on all days where you will be able to interact with fellow peers and the trainers.

Benefits of Classroom Learning

Engaging

Build a relationship with the trainer and other learners on the course. Learn directly from an expert in their field and from attendees from other companies.

Practical Exercises, Tasks and Group work

Cement new knowledge and skills with exercises, tasks and discussion.

Continuous Learning

Unlike normal classroom training the course begins with enrolment on to the training portal where you will have access to on-demand materials. In addition, the educo Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP) is also incorporated into classroom learning.

Blended Learning

Although most learning is done in-person, you will have access to the training portal and online learning materials providing you with a varied learning experience.

What is Included in a Classroom Course?

  • Direct access to an expert trainer
  • Interactive and engaging sessions with exercises and discussions
  • Refreshments and lunch provided on each day
  • Reinforcement session delivered 4 to 5 week after the course (online) providing you with extra time with the trainer
  • A validated certificate of attendance available for you to download and file
  • Access to the Educo Life Sciences Training Portal before and after the course for additional learning materials

Course Structure

A classroom course begins with enrolment on to the training portal where you will have access to any on-demand materials ahead of the training. On the portal you will have an opportunity to interact with the trainer and other learners. You will also complete the short pre-course form which forms part of your learning.

During the course, learning material is broken up into sections with clear learning objectives. You are provided with time during breaks and lunch to interact with the trainer and other learners.

As part of the course, you have access to the reinforcement session usually delivered 4 to 5 weeks after the classroom training. This is completed online and typically lasts 1 hour.

The educo Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP) is applied to all our live online and classroom courses. We are focused on continuous development and believe training is a tool to learn new skills and knowledge. Development comes when you apply those skills back in the workplace, using them in your day-to-day role. The PLIP is designed to support you in this process.
