Meet the Leadership Team

Alexander Pearce

Director

 

Alex is a specialist in learning product development and was previously Product Manager for a leading Life Science training organisation. He has extensive knowledge of learning pathways, content creation and digital training solutions and was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 300 courses. He was instrumental in designing and delivering online learning solutions.

 

Alex is a firm believer that technical training can be delivered in an interactive and impactful way to avoid it being repetitive and boring. He believes training solutions that combine online learning tools and techniques with face to face learning delivers greater improved skill retentions and performance.

Daniel Harding

Director

 

Daniel has over 10 years’ experience working with the life science industry, supporting organisations globally in his previous role of Training Consultant for a leading Life Science training provider. Daniel has worked with many of the foremost Life Science organisations to develop and deliver bespoke learning solutions, enabling them to drive their teams forward and meet their objectives.

 

Daniel believes in the impact an effective and continuous learning and development plan can have on an organisation’s success and motivation.

Stephan Rienstra

Head of Corporate Learning Solutions

 

Stephan has extensive experience developing customised learning and development solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors. He enjoys designing online and classroom learning solutions to support leaders and teams develop and grow. Stephan is an expert at creating learning programmes that meet the specific needs of his clients and their teams.

 

Stephan believes training is a critical element of continuous learning and always designs programmes with the long-term goals of the client/team in mind.
