Our vision is to be the first-choice technical training partner for life science professionals and organisations. We believe in accelerating career development and supporting professionals as they progress onto bigger and better achievements. Through our training, we support life science organisations as they develop and manufacturer medicines and devices for millions of patients.

 

Our innovative approach to learning provides engaging, effective and measurable training that delivers value for our customers and clients. Meet the Leadership Team

Alexander Pearce

Director

 

Alex is a specialist in learning product development and was previously Product Manager for a leading Life Science training organisation. He has extensive knowledge of learning pathways, content creation and digital training solutions and was responsible for managing a portfolio of over 300 courses. He was instrumental in designing and delivering online learning solutions.

 

Alex is a firm believer that technical training can be delivered in an interactive and impactful way to avoid it being repetitive and boring. He believes training solutions that combine online learning tools and techniques with face to face learning delivers greater improved skill retentions and performance.

Daniel Harding

Director

 

Daniel has over 10 years’ experience working with the life science industry, supporting organisations globally in his previous role of Training Consultant for a leading Life Science training provider. Daniel has worked with many of the foremost Life Science organisations to develop and deliver bespoke learning solutions, enabling them to drive their teams forward and meet their objectives.

 

Daniel believes in the impact an effective and continuous learning and development plan can have on an organisation’s success and motivation.

Stephan Rienstra

Head of Corporate Learning Solutions

 

Stephan has extensive experience developing customised learning and development solutions for the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors. He enjoys designing online and classroom learning solutions to support leaders and teams develop and grow. Stephan is an expert at creating learning programmes that meet the specific needs of his clients and their teams.

 

Stephan believes training is a critical element of continuous learning and always designs programmes with the long-term goals of the client/team in mind.

Gene Therapy Net is the information resource for basic and clinical research in gene therapy, and the site serves as a network for the exchange of gene therapy information and breaking news items. Visitors can keep track of the latest scientific papers, conference announcements, gene therapy jobs, regulations and guidelines.

We have partnered with the London BioScience Innovation Centre. This is where the Educo Life Sciences Office is located, at the heart of life science innovation.

We are members of One Nucleus. One Nucleus is a not-for-profit Life Sciences & Healthcare membership organisation. They support those undertaking activity in or with the Greater London-Cambridge-East of England corridor.

We are partners with Medtech Canada providing discounts to their members helping them improve their medical device skills. Medtech Canada is the national association that is leading the effort to develop and advance Canada’s innovative medical technology industry.

We are members of Medilink. Medilink is a membership organisation that supports the life science industry, specifically medical devices and IVDs. In addition, we also provide discount to Medilink members on our courses.

We have partnered with Omicron Research Ltd to provide a hands-on practical dissolution testing training course.

We are members of OBN. OBN is a membership organisation that supports the growth of the life science industry.

We are members of CPD Certification Services. Established in 1996, The CPD Certification Service is the world’s leading and largest independent CPD accreditation organisation working across all industry sectors.

Our aim is to improve the skills and knowledge of life science professionals, enabling them to improve their performance and accelerate their careers. To achieve this goal, we have identified five critical areas we must succeed in which are outlined below.
