Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP)

What is the Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP)?
We strive to deliver continuous learning and believe development occurs when you apply your new skills and knowledge back in the workplace. The PLIP is a simple process to support you.

Is the Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP) compulsory?
No not at all. If you feel you do not want to use it then you do not have to. It is included in the price and is there to support you in your development. We advise you complete the pre-course form to help us understand your learning requirements and objectives.

What is the reinforcement session?
As part of the Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP) and as part of the course price you will be invited to an online reinforcement session delivered 3 to 4 weeks after the training. Here you will be asked to prepare some thoughts to discuss with the trainer. We provide support and guidance to prepare you for the session.

What is the action plan?
As part of the Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP) the action plan is completed at the end of the training and provides you with a framework to apply your knowledge back at the workplace. It will also form the basis of discussions during the reinforcement session.

The dates for both can be found on the course page, above Course Overview.
