We know training is important for your team, but time and resources are limited. Our approach to organising training reflects this as we adopt a four-step approach to keep things simple for you. We manage all aspects of the training including identifying the expert trainer, developing the training outline, organising trainer travel arrangements, managing online learning content and creating learner reports. This frees up your time to manage the day to day and meet strategic goals. As experts in providing training solutions, we are on hand to answer your questions and provide support.

The initial consultation helps us better understand your team, products, training needs and overall business objectives. It is an opportunity for us to explain the process and answer any questions you may have. Based on your requirements we will provide ideas and guidance on the best solution for you and your team.
Following the initial consultation, we will identify a trainer with the experience most suited to your requirements. Working closely with you and our trainer we develop and refine the learning objectives, training outline and delivery format. It is also an opportunity for you to speak with the trainer and discuss their experience before they begin designing your programme.
The training is developed and delivered as agreed. We manage the whole process, providing you with updates and communication throughout so you can be sure of how the project is progressing.
We provide a post learning report after the training so you can be sure it has hit your business objectives. Alongside a comprehensive review, we provide a continuous learning approach through the Post Learning Implementation Plan (PLIP). This will provide individuals with a framework to implement their new skills and knowledge back at work, maximising the value of your training investment.
