Educo COVID-19 Commitment

We are extremely excited to be delivering classroom courses once more. However, there is nothing more important than the wellbeing of our customers, colleagues and trainers. We work closely with our venue to ensure your training experience is safe, productive and welcoming. The latest guidance, precautions and measures recommended by the local authorities are implemented at all of our in-person classroom courses.


In the event we go into a full lockdown and the course is cancelled, we will do our best to reschedule the course or adapt it to an online training.

COVID-19 and Your Registration

We understand during these uncertain times that you will need reassurance before registering on to a classroom course as COVID-19 may impact you. We have highlighted various options we will take if your plans and ability to attend a classroom course have been impacted by COVID-19. This is not applicable to online training.


  1. Transfer your place to a colleague who can attend instead of you, at no extra cost.
  2. Transfer your place on the course to any course scheduled in the future (either online or classroom). This may be the same course or another Educo Life Sciences course. If the cost of that course is lower, we will refund/credit note you the difference. If it is more, we will waive the difference.
  3. We can issue you with a credit note that can be used at any time in the future.


Finally, if none of the solutions are suitable, we will work with you to find an alternative solution which you are happy with.
